Sunset Beach is a luxurious 3-story beachfront vacation rental home with state-of-the-art amenities and stylish furnishings, which sits directly on the beach with the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard, you will enjoy breathtaking beach views, gorgeous sunsets from multiple balconies. This home sleeps 12 and features 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, as well as an inviting pool and spa.

The main floors open concept offers a spacious living room that has 2 large sofas situated around a wall mounted flat screen TV with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The gourmet kitchen includes Thermador appliances, a wet bar, built-in custom cabinetry, quartz counters & a large walk-in pantry, it is fully stocked and ready for you to show off your culinary skills, you can choose to eat your meals at the dining room table that seats 6 or out on the lanai overlooking the alluring beach. You will also find 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one that has 2 full-size beds, which share a full-size bathroom, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo for the little ones in the family. You will also find a half bath for your guests as well as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Top 3rd floor offers three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and offers amazing views of the beach from the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or late-night adult beverage. The master bath offers a huge walk-in shower and his & her vanities, and a walk-in closet. The 1st guest room has a king-size bed, as well as a small desk for you to catch up on some email or to send some of your vacation pictures to family and friends. The guest bathroom has his & her vanities and a walk-in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom sits at the back of the house overlooking the beach through the oversized window, this bedroom has a king size bed, the bathroom has a single vanity and oversized walk-in shower. There are 6 TV’s and a Sono’s surround system in the living room and Sono’s speakers in the rest of the house with volume control on the walls.

The lower lever is where you will find yourself relaxing in the magnificent pool/spa or soaking up some rays on the beach. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy, whether it be out on the pool deck or just outside the pool deck on the beach around the fire pit that seats 6. There are 2 gas grills at the house, 1 on the lower level and 1 on the main level, no need to worry about refilling a propane tank, as they are connected to a gas line.

To book this home you must stay a minimum of 7 nights. You must be 25 to rent this property and no pets allowed.
